Enrichment and Academic Support Programs

Just for Kids is more than the average after school program! Our program offers daily snacks, homework support, math games, hands on experiments & science explorations, character education, and other activities to challenge, engage, and motivate outside of the school day environment. Thanks to a partnership with the Schools, Just for Kids is able to offer this service to families free of cost.

 

 

CHARTER SCHOOL OF INQUIRY: Program begins at dismissal, and runs through 5:20 PM daily. A five-day program is offered for all students, and runs the length of the school year. 

 

Program Features

⋆ Literacy skill building and Homework Help

Staff members work with students to complete their homework assignments, practice literacy skills through fun games and other activities.

⋆ Gross Motor Games 

Get those wiggles out!  Ever play a game of "Math Facts" Kickball?  Escape from Mars?  We incorporate unique gross motor activities that encourage teamwork, get the kids physically active, and enjoying challenges!
 

⋆ Kids College

We invite guests to provide additional enrichment to the children enrolled in the program.

⋆ Kids Care and Character Education 

Designed to teach the kids about caring for one another, as well as others in the community, the students participate in numerous "volunteering" activities, which incorporate the Character Council's activities.

 

Although there is no cost to families, all students must be registered in advance via ezchildtrack.com/justforkids/parent.
